I feel like todays OOTD looked better in person than when photographed (I took like 10 different pictures in different poses and locations before I got one that I thought was decent). Regardless, I loved this outfit for a casual Sunday afternoon. I got the pants yesterday from H&M for only (get this) $10!!. I’m absolutely in love with them, they’re super comfortable and flattering. They can also easily be dressed up or worn to the office – the top is also from H&M but is a couple of years old now. This is one of my go-to summer tops; It’s super light, feminine and classic. I usually wear it tucked into a pair of high waisted black jeans for a modern take on the 50’s pin-up look, but I thought the shade of purple complimented the pants nicely. My shoes are from Target (also $10). I have a pair of these flats in every colour, they’re comfortable and can easily go from day to night. Basically this outfit cost me less than $50 (except the Michael Kors sunglasses) and I absolutely love it. Who ever said that fashion had to be expensive? Sure designer pieces are nice but for a recent University graduate, expensive pieces aren’t always an option. If you can find good deals and know how to mix and match them, you can create a great outfit for under $100.
